How I Work
Online & In-Person Therapy for Women
I work with high-achieving women who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, and the effects of past trauma.
You may be used to taking care of everyone else while putting your own needs last. Over time, you may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll look at the patterns and experiences that may be affecting you and work toward helping you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.

Who I Work With
You may be a good fit for therapy if you:
Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted
Find yourself constantly overthinking or worrying
Put everyone else’s needs before your own
Struggle with people-pleasing or setting boundaries
Feel stuck, disconnected, or unhappy with where life is going
Notice that past experiences or childhood trauma still affect you
Want to better understand yourself and make meaningful changes
You may look like you have everything together on the outside while feeling very different on the inside. Sometimes anxiety, burnout, and past trauma show up in ways that aren't always easy to recognize.
Anxiety, Burnout & Trauma
Anxiety
You may feel constantly worried, on edge, or unable to quiet your mind. You might overthink decisions, second-guess yourself, or have difficulty relaxing.
Burnout
You may feel emotionally and physically drained, overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, and like you have nothing left to give. You may also notice yourself becoming more irritable or disconnected.
Trauma
Past experiences can continue to affect how you feel, respond, and relate to others. You may struggle with trust, boundaries, people-pleasing, emotional reactions, or feeling safe and connected.
My Approach
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I tailor treatment to your needs and what you want to work on.
Depending on your goals, I may use EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness-based techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand patterns, work through difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding.
My goal is for therapy to feel warm and collaborative. We’ll work together to identify what you want to change and find approaches that feel comfortable and useful for you.
My Background
I have nine years of social work experience, including work in schools, group practice, and private practice. I have been in private practice since 2022.
