Rates

The clinical assessment is $300.

A 45-60-minute session is $250

Therapy intensives are $275 per hour

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Any missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be charged a full-rate session fee.

If the client reschedules within the same week, the cancellation fee will be waived.

I am out of network for most insurance plans. If you’re using out-of-network benefits, the therapist can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your medical insurance for possible reimbursement.

Missed Appointments

If a client misses three appointments without providing notice, Mindful Therapeutic Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate services.
