I provide trauma-informed therapy in Henderson, Nevada, and online trauma therapy (telehealth) for clients in Georgia, Florida, and Montana. I work with individuals (ages 13+) who are navigating the lasting effects of anxiety and trauma and want to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives.

Trauma can show up in many ways. You might notice it showing up in your sleep, your emotions, or your ability to feel connected to yourself and others. Many people come to therapy feeling frustrated that they can’t move forward, even though they’ve been trying for a long time. In therapy, you’ll find a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your experiences are respected, and you will work at your own pace that feels comfortable. We’ll focus on building effective coping skills while gently processing memories that are holding you back.

I am a mental health therapist.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). This helps process some of the childhood trauma or past events that are causing you difficulty today. EMDR can help you feel more empowered instead of being easily triggered by situations and past memoires.
