Depression can consume your entire life. It can make you want to self-isolate from your loved ones. It can cause you to pull away from the hobbies or interests you once enjoyed. It can cause you to feel numb with your emotions.

Do you feel lost on what to do? I know it can be hard seeking therapy and feeling comfortable speaking to somebody new. I am glad you are here. I use a client-centered approach and we will identify your goals to help you on your journey. We can use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify your strengths.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). This helps process some of the childhood trauma or past events that are causing you difficulty today. EMDR can help you feel more empowered instead of being easily triggered by situations and past memoires.

I have training in Parts and Memory Therapy where we identify parts of you that need to be addressed to help you heal from your pain.
